Request For Proposals

The Fiscal Year 2023 (July 2022 through June 2023) proposals will be opening for bids on the 11th of April 2022 and will close the 20th of May 2022.


This is a routine process; no interruptions in services or degradation in the quality of service is expected or allowed during this process.




The General RFP Guidance (click to download) document will help direct you in the direction we are wanting to go and will give a basic outline of expectations. Each location below will have its own proposal instruction as labeled.

Note: Proposals of any length may be accepted provided all evaluated metrics are addressed in the proposal, about 5 pages or less in length would usually be expected
